  1. I forgot to mention that the price is $2500 obo not $2500 firm Shawn
  2. Outfitters here ask about $3,000 for a three-day hunt. We are offering two full weeks for $2500.
  3. If you have a Canon SLR - set Cn-Fn 4 to 1 and back button focus.
  4. I want to let you know of an opening I have on my lease in Buffalo County for this fall's gun season. This would be for the entire Wisconsin gun deer season (includes muzzleloader too). 250+ acres. Licenses not included. Lodging not included. One person only. This person would be hunting it with myself and my friend, Jarrod. This is proven ground managed for 140"+ 4.5 year olds or better. We will only take the right person that fits with our goals and tactics. If you're interested, please email me. Serious inquiries only. Here's a link to some pictures of bucks we've killed off this ground: http://www.bloodbro.com/messageboard/viewtopic.php?t=2625
  5. Oneida man - I didn't receive your pm.
  6. I haven't posted here forever but I still get in and read a lot. Just wanted to wish everyone good luck this fall! Shawn
  7. Still look for an awsome hunt this fall? Well, I happen to have an opening on my personal lease for a person looking for a quality bow or bow/muzzleloader hunt. I'm pretty flexible on dates too to work with any last-hours schedules. If you want the combo hunt you are limited to one buck on my property still. We had a great year in 2006 and we expect to have a banner year again. The largest grossed 208" and there was another 200+" taken within a 1/2 mile from our place and we took four other bucks (135, 144, 152, 156) on our farm last year. We manage this property for 4 1/2 and older bucks and so do the neighbors. We also provide food plots, leave standing corn as a late-season food source and hunt other farms to keep the pressue low. This will be a great hunt for Serious Whitetail Freaks only please (WI Bow License is also over-the-counter)!!!! E-Mail [email protected] for more info. Thanks! Shawn *Note this hunt is in an Earn-A-Buck unit and the NR tags costs about $160.00 (includes the tag needed to get your EAB)
  8. Re: Handheld Camera Entries It's been a long time and no chat from me been soooo busy...but here is My Entry (If I'm allowed to enter)
  9. Re: Winners of the 2005 Photo Contest! Congrats...great pics!!!
  10. Re: Need input from those who shoot Canon gear w/ TC Without a doubt you'll get a better image from getting a larger lens...the 1.4 will be ok if you have ideal lighting. If you are looking are taking top-end pictures, get the 400 or 600mm lens. However, the 1.4 is much more affordable. I shoot the Cannon 20D which alrady has a 1.6 conversion and might get the 1.4, If I do, I'll have a lot lower expectation on the results. I would pose this question here for more responses: dpreview
  11. Re: Need input from those who shoot Canon gear w/ TC I have a 1.4L .....what's "w/ TC"?
  12. Re: Still Camera Entries This is a neat little reminder that I pass by on my way to my hunting spot.
