Lohman CD Electronic Caller, Model 2555 ($249.99, Outdoor World, (800) 227-7776) with player, rechargeable battery, AC/DC chargers, two 15-watt loudspeakers, remote control and field bag. The advantage of the CD over the conventional cassette tape is that you can pause and start again without distracting tape hiss, chirps or other noises. The fidelity of the amplified calls is much better when using a good digital CD recording. This system, with two speakers on 30-foot wires, allows wider coverage of an area. According to professional guides, the disk player produces louder volume with better range than comparable cassette models. $150 tyd!!! Have .jpeg picture under size requirements but can't load the darned image... email me at [email protected] Thanks

Well, tomorrow is my birthday. Today is my son's birthday. Mom died on the 20th and we buried her on the 22nd....don't feel much like celebrating right now...I think I may skip this birthday all together...just want to bury my head and cry but can't. I don't know how folks can go on after the death of a parent, or worse, a child...it is by far the most painful thing I have ever had to face in my life. I just feel so empty. I know time will heal all. I just think this will take a long time.

I wish to sincerely thank all of you for you wishes and prayers for my Mother, me and my family during both my bad health and my mothers. Mom lost her battle with cancer today just after noon. She was just a little less than three weeks shy of her 67th birthday. Mom went home today ever so peacefully. I only hope I can have the immense strength, faith and un-shakable walk with God my mother did. Even with death looming near, she still found the strength to witness to and care for complete strangers needs. I Love you Mom! God is with you!! Visitation is tomorrow from 4-7 at Cookeville funeral home with a service at 7pm tomorrow evening. Burial will be in the Silver Point cemetery Thursday morning at 9am. Thanks ever so much. Norm

Never understood why when governments make rules to save lives people just automatically go into idiot mode and revolt... Yes, there are rare times when a seatbelt could have hampered an excape or kept the person in a position where something came through and killed them or did not allow them to be ejected and "saved" but come on, really? The only excuse I really ever hear is that no one is going to tell me what I can do in my own property... My Uncle was killed when his car flipped and ejected him out the window. His car rolled over him, killing him instantly.

when a loved one is dead or dying you will always feel that you never did enough...It is ok. I am going through this right now with my mother.

I am 47 years old. I welded for more than 20 of that. Doubt what you will...Thats ok...I guess we should all be thankful when we have a job. I was raised up to understand that a job was a priveledge, not a right. If you did not like something about your job you could go to a foreman, sup, or owner and try to hash out your differenced. If you could not, you quit and got something else and many times it was better anyway. we will agree to disagree...that is life...so is the fact my mother is dying and I can't keep getting on here... I will check back from time to time but please, even if we agree to disagree or disagree to agree, we are all still friends and I love you all...please keep me in your prayers, I need them so very much right now. I had to do the hardest thing this morning and told my mother she is dying...I feel that maybe some of the things I may say in the near future could ne rough and dry so it may be best I don't try for now...just remember that I love you all! I am kind of messed up right now. I got on here to try and let you good folks know what is going on but got chocked up and couldn't. Met with the doctors this morning and they gave my mother 2 months...I appreciate all the prayers and hope you continue to send them. I need all the help I can get as I am the one designated to tell my mother what has transpired. I am also in charge of what happens to her until she dies including the DNR....for some reason God has given me strength...unlike I have had before. My Father is distraught beyond measure as is my brother but for some reason I am handling this emotionally and mentally. Thanks folks.

Sorry to sound ignorant....I was only speaking from experience....but if you just want folks to speak who have not lived it, that's your perogative. I have a college degree too plus am certified to weld in 6 states.

OK What I see from most of the union workers is a dishonest days pay for doing the least amount of work possible...I stand by that statement!!! I worked in a union shop and watched all the union people who were uneducated...had no college degree and wanted to get paid more than folks who went to college or trade schools and who tried their best to get out of doing an honest days work and wanted 2 days pay for an 8-hour day. They also would rather picket and shut down the shop I was working at (which they eventually did) than to work together to keep it running and supplying the products they were paid to do! So NO!! I personally have no respect at all for folks who are in unions and who preach so feverishly to keep them up. In the shop I worked in 97 poeple union workers lost their jobs and were treated to a hot dog supper for more than 70 years of union dues when the shop closed! ...but then again, I guess I should just sit back and praise the unions for the hot dog supper...they were so giving in doing that, right?? I spit!

THINK AGAIN!!!!! Where there is money to be had, the unions are sure to be there!!!! DO NOT be fooled, the only things unions care about concerning the working man is just his dues and they are paid on time!

Hey all. I have 6 Jo-Jan fletching paddles that are RH and I need straight. Do you have any to trade? Sell? Thanks

Unions are the scab on America. It is the driving force to high prices everywhere. Hand in hand with greed...IMHO

Can't stand it. Wish they would take it off and outlaw it. Most stupid thing I have ever seen especially talking with folks who believe it is real. Just because someone gets hurts or killed does not make it real. People get killed and hurt making movies too. It is fake fake FAKE! Sorry but I am just keeping it real...LOL

We went and saw "Date Night" Sunday...OMG it was a hoot!!!! Finniest movie of the year so far!!!

I gave this remake a "6" out of a possible "10". It was originally filmed to be seen in 3D but I just can't watch 3d so I watched it in 2D...even then, the picture was too wobbly, spent too much time building up the creatures and too little time showing them. Fight scenes were filmed up too close and was way too dark that you just got lost in them and did not know which way was up at times. I was really REALLY disappointed. I expected much MUCH more from what was all hyped up in the previews. Definitely not movie worthy, you should wait and spend your money on the DVD rental. Of course, this was my humble but honest opinion and I am sure there are many who likes it and were just giddy as giddy can be about it. Good for you then..hehe The wife and I are going to go see Date night in just a couple of hours..I will fill you in on that one soon.
