  1. I was watching some of the old All Stars of Spring turkey videos over the weekend and was wondering what kind of turkey vests the pros at Realtree are using these days.
  2. I got to check it out earlier this morning. I must say that the boys have hit the mark with this one! They had both the Bone Collector and Road Trip crews at the same camp. Let me just say it was hillarious and had some good hunts too. Next week I think we get to see ol' Nick unleashed! Can't wait!
  3. Nice deer, but it sure seemed like they were pretty interested in the camera guy.
  4. That's awesome! He looks like a big tipper.
  5. We have 2 New Hollands, a 92 hp for the big jobs and a 28 hp Boomer for the smaller stuff. The local place had unbeatable financing at the times of purchase, but they are great machines. I woud suggest taking a look at them.
  6. I saw the Badlands packs the other day at Gander Mountain and they looked like they are constructed pretty well. They had many different styles, including one with a hydration bladder for those long walks. On a different note I have one of the RedHead packs from Bass Pro Shops and it has held up through alot over the years. It was on the cheaper side, but taken care of it has done me good.
  7. I actually saw a guy do that at the range the other day and after the fact he was more upset that he had just wasted 2 arrows.
  8. Ttru-Ball copperhead with a the fleece/velcro strap.

    Fish Smell

I picked up a largemouth bass that I had mounted this week, but it still has that "fishy" smell to it. Does anybody have a fix or soulution to help eliminate the smell so it doesn't cause my wife to ban it from our house?

  11. Over the winter I did something to my shoulder and it is still healing up. In the meantime I have been struggling with shooting more than 5 groups of 3 arrows for a session. Should I consider dropping the draw weight or just work through it? Mine is right around 68-70 lbs., but right now I think something lower would be more comfortable. What do you think and what are you pulling?

    Fridge Repair

Do we have anyone here who could help me with some insights into fixing a leak in our fridge? We have collected water in the bottom of it, removed frozen ice from the freezer overflow, defrosted it and have since experienced water in it again. I checked the level of it and that should be good, but I am wondering how to check if the water line to the ice maker is causing the problem or if it isn't defrosting itself. Anybody? You could send me a PM if you like. Thanks.
  13. Aren't these two put out by the same people?
  14. Our family is in the process of building/finishing a 1 acre pond. With no rain last summer it is taking some time to fill. I am curious when we should begin stocking the thing. I know we want bluegill and bass, and then there needs to be the baitfish for them too. The lake is in southern Indiana and I believe it needs about another four feet of water to be at the arranged water level. When can fish go in? What order do they need to go? And should we buy the fish or do a combo of bought and caught? I guess I would also like to know if we should be planting any type of aquatic vegitation around the edges before the thing is full.
