  1. It can't be the fault of the guy who was driving the truck!? Blame it on the "gonzo" at the carwash. That's hilarious.
  2. Great buck. DC hunts in Northern MN if I'm not mistaken.
  3. It could be just the lighting, but he doesn't look to have all of the "pink" characteristics of a true albino. If I were you I would try to find any patch of brown on that deer if at all possible. Brown, and he's down.
  4. Thanks for the compliments guys. But buck did not weigh as much as I had anticipated, but still topped the scale at 185lbs. Thanks again.
  5. Here you go boys! Shot this buck on 11-03 at 5:33pm. He first came in at 5:20, tore the crap out of some alder brush. Then 10 minutes later I found him at 22 yards. The shot was a touch forward, and maybe low, but it did the trick. Mathews MQ1, 74lbs, Rage 3-blade. The buck is a main frame 6X5, with a sticker on the left base. I haven't put a tape on him yet, but those dark horns I just couldn't resist. Should gross in the 140's, will put him on a scale in the morning.
  6. He's not the world record I was hoping for, but he is a shooter no doubt! Details to follow:
  7. Great job Martin! Nice picture, and great buck. Come January when I'm freezing my tail off I'll be thinking about how nice it would have been to be tagged out in October! Congrats again!
  8. Anyone care to put a score on this mainframe 10 point? I also added this little guy just because I liked the background.
  9. I've had the same trouble with one of my LR cameras. This is what the pictures look like: You can adjust the balance all you want, but half of the pictures I had from that cam were washed out.
  10. Looks like whiskers now the more I look at it.
  11. I worked on it Martin, but unfortunately there isnt' much I can do. Just need you to get a better picture! Try putting some electrical/duct tape over part of the flash.
  12. Re: gonna regret!! Be sure to ask about InvisAlign braces.
  13. Re: Africa Here are a few of my pictures from when I was there: Steenbok. Not the largest by any means, but it was my last afternoon to hunt. My Duiker. My Impala. My Wildebeest. The shot was back, but not as far back as it looks in the picture. The bull was quartering away when I took the shot. My Blesbok. A Zebra that I shot for a client. I was able to partake in a number of other hunts, including a hunt for lion, hippo, and also a green hunt for white rhino.
