  1. My son is going to be hunting whitetails with a .243 and shooting hornady 100 btsp bullets. What kind of penetration and damage will he do if he accidently shoots a deer in the shoulder vs double lung it?????
  2. Drew a bear tag this year and using a 30.06. What is the best bullet to put a bear down as fast as possible?
  3. Asking $14,900 which is $1,000 below trade in value. Must sell. http://www.nadaguides.com:80/usedcar...455&da=-1&nx=1
  4. Browning White Medallion 30-.06 It has never been fired. Asking $800 (dealer cost is $940)
  5. I would go with the xtrema2. It shoots softer and a lot less felt recoil with the kickoff if you wish to get it. For a good clean job it is easier as you don't have to take a recoil pad off etc... to get to the spring in the stock on the benelli. The beretta has the spring on the magazine tube. The beretta shoots lighter loads reliably and you hear a lot less problems with them then the sbe2.
  6. How does the camo job hold up on the browning bars?
  7. Kahles, Ziess and Meopta are better then leuopolds and nikons hands down. I have a leopold and am looking to get rid of it. If I couldn't get a Kahles or Ziess, bushnell elite 4200 is the next best thing that is less money.
  8. The nova is a lot better pump then a remington express model.
  9. xcoil puts the limbsaver to shame. Have had both
  10. Strut, can a 7 mm barrel with a twist rate for the lower grain bullets still throw an accurate heavy bullet? I know 223's, 22-250 have problems doing this.
  11. Looking at energy and drop what can a 7 rem mag do a 270 wsm can't? Trying to choose a new gun for whitetail, antelope, mule deer and elk.
  12. I got one, I need to read how to submit the pictures etc...
  13. Re: TURKEY TEAM #20 Howdy, fellas! I was part of the first turkey contest winning team as well. Still have all my wears! I have multiple turkey tags this season, hopefully will harvest several. Biggest thing is getting time away from family to do the scouting that is needed.

  15. I bought a remington lv sf in 204, it is laying new in box waiting for glass. Only problem is I have decided to get a t/c pro hunter. AJ, what approximately do you think I can get from a dealer and from private party?
