  4. Here's a little secret... its a 12 point, split brows. 130-140 class. He came into the decoy all bristled up, walking sideways with his head cocked. I took the shot at 15 yards, double lung hit with over the shoulder video footage. He whirled and ran to the edge of the bean field about 75 yards and piled up just inside the trees. Ironically, when I text my wife about taking him, she told me that my hunt from last year in Iowa was showing on Deer City USA. And another thing, my last bow kill buck in Kansas was a 12 point with split brows and one month ago today, Clint filmed me taking the buck in Montana. Clint, Rodney and I are all pumped up and doing a little celebrating. Tomorrow we have our work cut out for us with some more filming and pictures. Talk to you soon, Tim

  16. It was a tough pill to swallow this week, my aunt was a great lady and wished to be cremated . This allowed me to go on the hunt and clear my head due to the fact that the memorial service would be in a week or so. and then my luck got a little worse with losing the deer. But after talking with Vincent my thoughts were things could be much worse than the seem or are . Talk to ya soon
  17. Hey everyone, just home at 130am pretty wore out with everything . We gave it our all to find that buck, replayed video shot looked better than we thought. Looks like I hit him in the liver maybe 1 lung found some blood but it petered out.. No excuses it was my fault took a peak as I shot. I believe they will find him tomm but that doesent make it right. But it happens in the world of hunting. Going to bed and will give more insight tomm
