Prayers always sent.....

hunting for sure and anything that is involved...ie foodplots, habitat improvement, cameras, practicing, and shed hunting. we burn wood so i enjoy cutting in the winter. i have recently started a bee hive. harvested 2 gals of honey and hoping to learn more this year:) Nate

Nice sheds!!!...My season is also over. harvested 4 does and no antler but i passed my biggest to date. my goal was to harvest a 4 yr old and passed a nice 3 yr old in hopes to harvest him next year:)...as HH mention cameras, corn and sheds:) Nate

been hitting hard...dropped my 3rd doe...but nothing really to speak of for bucks...keep at it HH...it will happen Kidd

So I was watching one of many deer hunting shows last nite and the hunters on the show mentioned that when ever they get busted or have a doe on high alert...they harvest it. No question...their theory is that they would rather drag a deer out then to have the deer snort and scare all of the rest of the deer in the field. They also went on to mention that if it was a weary ol momma she would be very tentive around that stand site. Interesting thought and idea. I tend to shoot any doe I have presented, just because we have alot of them on this certain farm. Just wondering your thoughts? Nate

1991 black s10..had 110000...had that truck when I graduated highschool...my wife and I would go on dates with that truck....had a bench seat...took it to the farm where i milked cows....that truck took us on our honeymoon...and 3 years of driving her when I got a teaching job...35 miles one way....loved those ol trucks:) thanks for the memories... Kidd
