  1. I don't think they are out yet axion has one that works about the same way not sure if that one is out yet either
  2. the same can be said about some pro shops. If you don't know much about bows I would take someone with you that does if you can.
  3. best advise you will get is figure out what you want to spend and shot every bow you can from that price down and get what feels best.
  4. I have never been a big fan of the bears they shot good just never really liked them. the attack is a different story it is fast smooth and quite and pretty well balanced.
  5. Man purse then????? :1eye:
  6. the diamond black ice is hard to beat in that price range.
  7. I was born on this day guess it depends on who you ask if that was a good thing
  8. Spring??? we should have a couple blizzards left yet here
  9. + 1 for the razor edge it is a great shooting little bow.
  10. there are tons of turkeys around here, no real reason to pay for a lease when you can go just about any were in the hills and find turkey.
  11. I sure hope you know every tech at every Cabelas. Cause if you don't you are talking out your ass. There are good and bad techs were ever you go, I've gotten bad advise from the small shops as well as the big guys.
  12. now this guy can shoot http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=1106699&highlight=armless+archer
  13. 1st thing is welcome to the world of bows. Next don't pay to much attention to brands figure out what you can spend and shoot as many bows as posible, I'm going to guess that your draw will be 30 or 31 inches at 30 you can shoot most bows at 31 gets to be alittle harder to find bows that will fit you. Not sure were you are at but Cabelas has a couple of bows new in that price range but not many. You will have more choices probable going with a used bow if you only want to spend around 300.
  14. 1 more for the QAD love it
  15. i prefer the drop away but if you like a WB take a look at the octane hostage. I think if I was going to shot something besides a drop away the hostage would be it.
  16. the 09 iceman is a sweet shooting bow, with no hand shock and very quiet. The 10 is suppose to be even better but haven't shot it yet, but that is what I expect my new bow to be.
  17. drop stevebeilgard a PM he is the man with all the knowledge.
  18. Started throwing the idea around of going back home and doing a hunt with my real Dad. I have never hunted with him since him and my mom split when I was 5 but really want to while I have the chance. Now the question is I'm looking at 2011, how hard is it for me to get an out of state tag and should I put in for a preferance point in 2010 to better my chances? Second question my Dad lives in Topeka, were would be a good area?
  19. here is mine for next yr i think
  20. i shot 3 blade muzzy's 100 grain so I guess that was an easy one
  21. like others have said shot whats comfortable. Figure out what you want to spend and shot every bow you can from that price down. Ive had guys come in and tell me they want this certain bow cause they have heard all these great things about it and after i have them shot that one and a few others half the time they leave with something else, so leave your options open.
