Hello everyone. I do hope you all are well, and had great hunting seasons! Life has been hectic here, the three boys are keeping us very busy. We're in the process of buying a bigger home for the boys to grow into. I ended up having shoulder surgery this year and couldn't bow hunt at all, so that was depressing but there is always next year. i did pick up a new hobby. Doing whitetail deer taxidermy. very time consuming but enjoyable at the same time. ill post a pic of a buck i mounted at the bottom. Figure ill give it a shot this year on the side. But Let me know how you all are doing. Again hope is all well, and hope to be talking to you all more in the near future!

Hey all! Congrats on the Buck BB. Sorry i havent posted in a bit guys. Work and the twins have been soaking up alot of time. But im on vacation this week and will be in the woods everyday. getting to the point that these small bucks wont be able to walk by anymore. Need to put meat in the freezer. Keep ya all posted.

Congrats Mandy. No Luck here guys. Been seeing alot of deer but cant get the ones i want in bow range. Didnt even see anything tonight. be out all day saturday for our firearm opener. Good luck fellow southern zone NYers and the rest of you all.

Congrats Dosse. Been out there hunting guys but nothing worth shooting has come in bow range. and i got real busy this week having no power for 5 days. So taking care of the family and working kept me busy. Back at it tomorrow morn!

Hey Everyone! THings been hectic since the twins were born and ive only gotten on 2 more times since the 1st. Last night i got set up at 2:30 pm and was sitting nice and still. At 5 pm i start hear crashing and 2 min later my phone is vibrating. My fathers neighbor who hunts a few hundred yards from my stand kicked 5 deer as he was walking in with 90 minutes of day light left. To each there own i guess but felt it kinda screwed up my hunt as eh told me two of them were bucks. But anyway have to work tomorrow some overtime. That formula is expensive. lol but ill be out on sunday. Congrats on the doe BUCK! talk to you guys soon.

Congrats on the doe BB! Today was our season opener with the bow. Only made it out in morning as we spent the afternoon at the hospital visiting the twins. So it rained all last night and there are still so MANY leaves on the trees. At around 7am i glance over my right shoulder and heres a buck standing 30 yards behind me right behind my tree. Looked like at least a 6. He just walked off into the swamp with a small buck (spiker, or small 4 point) following behind him couple minutes later. Niether presented a shot. But at least i got to see two bucks on opening morning. Good luck all!

Well Guys and Gals, The twins decided they were not staying inside Mama any longer. Tuesday at 2pm my wife called me and said she was 3cm dilated (she works right down the hall from her doctor). So i run up to the hospital and by 6pm she was 6cm dilated. She had a scheduled C section for Oct 18th, but they weren't waiting. The crazy part is the doctor got them both out within the same minute at 7:19 pm EST. So Chase is only 30 seconds or so older than Blake. Chase weighed in at 5 lbs 12oz and was 19 inches long. Blake was 5 lbs 10 oz and 18 1/2 inches long. Not bad for a little over 5 weeks premature. They are in the nicu and Blake is breathing on his own. Chase is getting a little bit of help right now but they think he'll be off the ventilator tomorrow or sunday. Melissa did great and is up and about. well enough talking. Heres the Boys! oh and Dylan is really excited hes a big Brother!

Hey all! Getting alot of pictures of old does and alot of young bucks. The trail by my main stand looks like a highway going past it. My neighbor said he got pics of two 8 pointers. So ill keep mine out there and see what walks in front of it. 2 weeks from tomorrow I took off from work and I will be in the stand. Good luck all.

Sorry i havent been on much this year. Been working darn near 6 days a week saving money, then redecorating few rooms in the house as the wife and I are expecting twin boys in october. Been very hectic with constant trips to the doctor and just trying to prepare. My son Dylan is going to be 3 on october 9th. Just cant believe how fast time is flying. Well enough about me.
