Good news for all!

With a pellet grill, smoker, the meat is not going to dry out and you don't need to mess with water!

I have a Memphis Select pellet grill, smoker, oven grill. It is great! If I set the temperature to 225 degrees, the computer control keeps it there. There hasn't been any bad meat with this grill!

Looks great! It seems you have a lot o drift wood to keep the place warm!

The memorial for Bill was this afternoon in Payette, ID. Beautiful ceremony and very fitting for a wonderful person. He is going to be buried in the Veterans Cemetery in Boise. A very fitting place for him to be laid to rest! Great guy!

On Wednesday, my wife and I are going to Payette, ID to say farewell to a good friend and a WWII veteran. He was a great guy and will be missed by everyone who knew him. I will never forget his handshake, smile, twinkle in his eye and then a wink when he would greet you! RIP Bill Stephen! You will be missed by many!

I grill all year long!

I was able to make arrangements for the Pearl Harbor Day Memorial a few years ago. We had two F-15's flyover. It was a great presentation and the it did not cost anything. The thing that is missing, the pilots have to train, so they could use this as training. They are in the air all the time. Just do a something a little different so the taxpayer can see them up close! It is a beautiful sight!

It is some great meat! The flavor is out of sight!

I've seen them go after each other like that! Their legs really get with the program!
