Re: Snowmobile Fun!!!!! ya it was 17c here thursday! thats 64f!!! but thankfully i am at college and i live 2.5 hours south of home, which is where my sled is and where i do all of my skidooing, so i think we still have lots up there. it sure has been mild last week, hopefully you guys will get some colder weather and get some snow!

Re: Youth Deer Rifles i would pick one of these three calibers: .243 Win, .308 Win, or 7mm-08. i would thing that these would be the best calibers with the lightest recoil.

here is me and my sled. it is a 1996 Skidoo Formula SLS 500. it has a racing cluch and is performance tuned. the first one is of me doing a catwalk. i can keep the skis off the ground for 300 feet this one is me carving in the powder!

Re: New Browning?? my dad shoots the Browning Gas 2000, that is a beautiful gun, but they dont make that one anymore either. my grandma's husband has an auto 5 20ga that he bought a long time ago. beautiful gun, still shoots awesome!!

Re: kinda cool ya it is neat for sure. i was out snowmobiling in the woods, and i came across a deer. so i stopped but left the skidoo running, which is fairly loud. the deer was about 15 yards off the trail and it just stared at me, i moved and i couldnt get him to run off, so i revved up the sled.... still didnt move!! and then drove 10 feet, turned to the other side of the trail and there was another one sitting even closer to me!!! wasnt nervous at all. but i have dont that before and whenever you turn the sled off, they are GONE!!! you would think it would be the opposite!

Re: what size do you shoot before i got my big buck this year, if it had horns, it was down and if we had a doe tag, it was down. but now i would like to shoot anything thats about 130+, it all depends on how long i will be hunting out of the year. i loke my venison so if i need some meat, anything that has horns is going down

Re: Walmart again.....!! wow, congrats on the deals at WalMart!! ya, fisherguy is 100% correct. the wal-marts in Canada, well in Ontario anyway dont have much to offer as for the hunting stuff. the fishing tackle has a fair selection, in most stores. i know the one in Kanata (Ottawa) has a great selection and the new Wal-Mart in Renfrew (40 mins west of Ottawa) has a good selection too. I find that some of the big Canadian Tire stores up here have some pretty good deals sometimes.... keyword: sometimes
