Havent been on here in a long time. Blue tongue dam near wiped the herd out in 08'. But we are rebounding the correct way now. This big boy showed up last week and this is the best pic I got of him. Just wondering what im looking at. I guessing 155-160 gross. Am i way off...

he is pretty regular, as long as i'm in the stand at 3:00am i can get a crack at him i'm located in central ky, most mature deer around here field dress somewhere along the line 170-190 but its not uncommon to have 200+ he has plenty of buddies...... there are about 4 nine pointers here and its hard to identify unless they are in the same pictures the one with the kicker on the g2 is very popular and his pictures are about 6:30-7:00am eastern time makes me excited sept. 1st!!!!!!!!

here he is, i'm torn on what he'll score i know i shouldn't try to picture judge but who cares! does he have enough to be 150ish?

also i was looking at the cz and the kahn.... does any one know anything about these guns.... still searching

i am looking for a over and under shotgun in the 400-500 dollar range not wanting anything real expensive i have looked at the remington sparton and the mossberg but am not locked on any certain gun. if any one has shot a gun(in this range) and has something to add i will be very grateful i want a 12 gauge, roughly 26" to 30" barrel thanx

Re: Calling all 870 shooters i shoot a 26" 870 it has a kicks .655 gobblin thunder now here is the good part i shoot a federal 3.5" flitecontrol 2 oz. but i removed all shot and buffer and put in win extended range #5 with my new aftermarket buffer 155 pellets in 10" circle at 40yds.

yeh just wanting to know everyone's opinion on stabilizer's. i'm shooting my local hunter class and the only rule is that the stabilizer must be under 12 inches and you can only have one on the bow i currently have a 9.5" vibracheck i shoot a switchback if someone knows a particular stabilizer that works good with this bow i like my current stabilizer just exploring my options thanx

i have a old single shot gun i would like to know the price of its the only antique i own its in great shape its a winchester model 37 steelbuilt didn't see any serial numbers any help is appreciated

where can i find some info for this caliber i just bought a left handed savage with a 26" barrel in the box for $300 i also required a box of hornady 162gr. sst bullets i was wondering if anyone has loaded for these or where i could find some info also what size primer does this caliber take thanks for any info

i was wanting to know what would be the best auto 223 i could get for predator hunting i have a bushmaster ar-15 and it doesn't as good as i wanted if there is another semi auto on the market that could shoot better i would like to know what about a mini-14? any other brands just looking for someone who has shot different guns i already have a killer bolt gun and loking for an auto

Re: NEF Superlight they are very accurate rifles but the superlight barrel heats up very quickly. after three shots your going off the paper. also handis dont like to get shot clean. after you clean it shoot it a couple times before you go into the woods. if you shoot out of a clean barrel the first shot is off. another thing you might like to try is the oring trick. some like it and some dont. 2 of mine shot better with it and two didnt i have a survivor heavy barrel that shoots moa with factory loads out of the box best of the bunch

the season opened saturday and lord was i ready when i pulled into the farm i could see six sets of eyes out in the field couldn't tel what they were but that had me fired up i got into my stand and was ready 4 does came by at daylight about 60 yds. away in the woods no shot that was the highlight of the morning sunday i was back in the woods only to have a doe and a fawn come underneath th stand at dawn i drew back but just wsnt enough light to see my pins wish i bought the pin illuminator now haven't got to hunt the evenings yet due to the harvesting 28 acres of tobacco but sunday evening while loading up the wagon i looked up and seen two small bucks out in the field maybe next weekend i'll get to due some evening hunting.

Re: What\'s the best deer stand name you\'ve had? only two rifle stands with names the house(which is almost the size of one) the astro(has astro turf in the bottom) none of my bow stands(hang ons) are named just go by the location
