Bagged a big doe this morning...Went out to where my dad shot a doe yesterday...But nothing came into the pines to get out of the weather...Desided to move to another stand, that looks over a valley...Was only sitting there 15 minutes and here comes a heard of 12 deer down one side of the valley...They came thru the bottom to my right and stop out about 100 yds...Dropped the fourth in line with the trustly old 30-30...Snow was falling really hard....Great day...

Congrats, Straight...I dropped the hammer on an 8 pt. last night at 6pm...ran 40 yds and piled up...I will get the pics up as soon as I get the tag pic....

Thought tonight was the the night to put some points on the board...Had a nice 7 pt on the trail to cross 10 yds in front of my stand and at about 40 yds out, he turned right and went behind my stand and winded me...he ran back the way he came and milled around in front of my dads stand(he took the night off)with 5 other deer ...then at 6pm 14 does and little ones came over the hill in front of me but stand just out of bow range...then 10 turkeys came feeding up the hill behind me and roosted 60 yds to my right...headed out at 630 and get down to the and there are 2 doe feeding 10 yds in front of my blind, I hunted in on Saturday evening...All in all it was a great evening sit...Thats the most deer I have seen in one sit in along time....

no luck this morning...little 4 pt at ten yds..and a 7 pt right on the property line just to far...will be back out this evening....

My 8 pt..Also found an arrow shaft and broadhead in the guts when i cleaned it out...Grabbed it when I reached in and was pulling out the guts...Very scary moment...Lucky for me I grabbed the shaft and not the muzzy 100 gr...

I shot an 8 pointer this morning....Will get a pic of him posted after resizing them....

No luck so far...saw 5 bucks in 2 days but nothing legal to shoot(3 pts on one side rule)

Congrats on the doe...the last 2 Saturdays, I haven't seen a deer...not sure whats happened...they just aren't moving by my set-ups....

Saw 2 big does and 3 little fawns this morning...just out of range...The bucks have disappeared...Got some coyote pics in 2 different spots last week(one right by my treestand when I wasn't there)...Gonna hunt a few mornings this week since I don't start work till 11am...

My season startted today...saw a doe with 2 little ones in the morning and a small forkhorn this evening...
