  1. Latest round of pics. I showed them to my boss; he said the 10 pt. would score about 120. I told I thought it would go 140. What do you guys think.
  2. Re: Scott County Buck--Kentucky I think he is probably 4.5 and 120's. He has really long browtines and he is a nine pointer, which will help him score more. Definately a shooter.
  3. Re: October Odds, Ends and Oddities.... [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Neat pics! I like the moon shot the best. Wonder what set it off? [/ QUOTE ] I bet Clay has the camera set to take 2 pictures, each time it's triggered. The mouse managed to get past the camera lens before the second shot. [/ QUOTE ] I don't think that is it. Look at the TIME of the moon picture versus the TIME of the mouse picture.
  4. Re: One of my Young Bucks!!! A shooter depends on the quality of the other deer in your area. Where I hunt at that is a shooter, but the desicion is up to you.
  5. Re: Some buck pics from North LA...need an opinion Hunt in Claiborne Parish. It has been pretty lean the past 2-3 years, but it seems like there are more good bucks in the woods this year.
  6. Some pics from the deer camp in north LA Is the deer in the previous two pictures the bigger deer in this picture from last year? I would think so but this deer doesn't look like his G2's are longer than his G3's. He also has some kickers by the brow tines that you can't see in the pic from last year. Anyway what do you guys think?
  7. Re: Just Practicing Nice pics. I have been running a trotline for the past week and have about 40 plus channel cats in the freezer. I don't have any pics of them though.
  8. Re: some more sunset pics Ugh ... either your speedometer or tachometer doesn't work. There is no way that you are going 120 at 2800 rpms. You car has 173 thousand miles on it for Pete's sake.
  9. Re: Update on Mini-Food Plot Last year, I planted some Iron Clay Peas in three spots (separated from one another). In one place the deer ate the peas as soon as they came up. In another, they waited until the peas were ~ 2 feet tall. And in the last plot, they didn't eat them until they were laid over and ~ 4 feet tall. I planted them again this year. Moral: Don't get distraught, yet. The deer will find it and eat it soon enough.
