just wanted to give a heads up on a shortstop fella out of morgan county georgia that under the guise of just helping fellow hunters out or being partners on a lease is in reality selling hunts at prices to where not only he hunts for free but is pocketing money on top of it. again, if that is what you do fine, but be upfront about it and dont decieve folks. he is always offering "help" in finding places to hunt in kentucky and illinios. im sure i cant give any names on here but pm me if you want details. he frequesnts woodystaxidermy.com quite frequently. i will publically and officially on record stand behind anything i have to say on the situation and there wont be any bad mouthing just plain telling the truth on my experience.

thanks for the input, it is much appreciated. ive hunted the same piece of property in georgia for over 15 years, its been awhile since ive had to scout out a new place

below is a ariel photo of a piece of property ill be hunting in illinios in schuyler county. ill have one day to scout if for the first firearms season. would like some suggestions on waht areas to check out first. its a total of 215 acres, split into about half equal parts. thanks

there will be 1 bowhunter on the place, he will be up there until he kills his deer. other than that,no one else. if i posted an ariel of the place, would folks be able to tell the exact spot im hunting on? i dont mind, just dont know if the person who has the land wants it posted on here.

this year will be my first trip to the midwest, going to be hunting the rushville area of schulyer county. ill be hunting the first shotgun/muzzleloader season. its on a 210 acre farm with mixture of timber and agriculture. just wondering waht to expect in terms of the amount of deer seen, realistic expectations on the size of bucks ill get an opportunity at, weather, and the best methods and areas to hunt. thanks

Re: will pay $1200 for a semi guided hunt i am in atlanta ga. not real particular about where it is at as long as its good hunting grounds, goo dnumber of trophy deer, and a pleasurable trip. i basically just need acess to some land for 4-5 days during gun season where i have a good opportunity to harvest a 140 and up class deer.

is penn a good producer of big buck. how about the area of bedford county, especially the mountains of public land? thanks for any info
