Thats a blessing and a curse at the same time:rolleyes:. Take her hunting, see how it works out, she might become a good hunter and put you to shame:p. Women can concentrate the fluids in their eyes better than men can, so they are inherently better shots than us. Be careful, don't make any bets ...yet! What I love about hunting is... it takes me away from the everyday doldrums...like hearing my wife:D. She's great, I love her, lets me hunt whenever I want and I mean whenever...any state too. But I don't need that voice in a tree too at 5am, and Ohhh...not to mention that they can't do #1 off the tree stand and boy can they need to do #1 very often:rolleyes: . If my wife and I are around each other too much we argue. A week for me up at the hunting camp brings me home and relaxed...that is until she starts breaking my shoes again:D...then back up to the cabin:p

I hunt primarily with a Marlin 30/30 in the thick woods of NY's Catskills. I use Speer 150 grn Grand Slam bullets handloads. The longest shot I have ever taken is 68 yards in 22 years. I only missed once with it at a running fox in west Texas:rolleyes:. The only rifle, I stand hunt with. On drives I take the .12ga Mossberg slug gun.

For where we hunt...gut piles are great for shootin' yotes.

A good bow folks...Why spend a grand or better on new Mathews? This is just as small and almost as fast as the DXT, just not as light as the DXT. I love my Outback!
