Re: how many of you.... Cutting up a tag sounds crazy! Though it's never good, every hunter will make a mistake and not put a kill shot on a deer! Plus it would definitly ruin a season! no deer and no tag?

Re: Quiver on or off? I have a quiver that's always off. So i don't have to worry about that decision. However it's sometimes a pain to carry through the woods that way.

Re: Earth Scent I also use the dryer sheets, and other scent free techniques. Looks like i'll continue to use the earth scent as well. Thanks for all the comments!

Does anyone here use the earth cover scent spray? It seems pretty strong. I'm guessing it works though, but I am just looking for opinions. Thanks!

Re: New Hunting Boots Thanks, that should work for the outsides. But the inside has a smell too it also. Maybe that scent will be locked in enough to not bother the deer, or maybe just wearing them around awhile will break them in and get rid of the scent. I am not sure?

I purchased a new pair of hunting boots recently. A pair of insulated rubber boots, and they have a new shoe smell to them. I was looking for any suggestion on how to get rid of that smell.
