  1. I think dosse still has some season left but that might be it! BB is your season over? Been awfully quiet around here..not that I've helped with that at all, with school starting back up I haven't had hardly any time to do anything..Finally called my mom back tonight after 2 weeks lol
  2. Congrats BB & Shawn! Nice to see some solid points on the board How is everyone else doing? I'm ready for the semester to be over...Finals week and then some time off for relaxing, bird hunting, snowboarding and snomobiling hopefully!!
  3. Congrats guys! I upgraded on Thanksgiving, nice to see us getting some more points on the board!!
  4. Upgrade!! Mandyjo62 Team7 (Slackers) 7pt mulie upgrade Better pictures of the rack. It has 2 little stickers that are both over 1”, let me know if you want better photos! Tag Photos

  6. Well 2 weeks left of deer season, but today was probably my last day out due to school and work. I managed to get what I thought was a doe down..turned out to be a button buck, but he will turn out just as tasty! Will post my entry here in a few! If I manage to get out during Thanksgiving weekend, I'll try to get a buck. If not, at least we have 5 more points
  7. Since it's been so quiet I'll just check in I haven't had much time to go out, school and work are killing me. Not sure why I picked up this extra job, but I still have until the weekend after Thanksgiving to get out and shoot something!
  8. Congrats BB! Good to have some points on the board. 535hunter-- You're not the only one without game cams.. It's illegal to have them out during any hunting season here, so they don't do me much good. We don't do food plots.. can't really grow anything this late in the year here, no moisture, and it's getting too cold already. I see deer everywhere but where I am hunting. All the deer in our area look horrible, they've been run around so much from all of the fires, it's pretty sad. The only bucks I've seen are 2x2 or 3x3, it worries me a little! I live 3-4 hours from where I hunt, so I didn't get much time for archery this year, was mostly after elk for archery anyway. Rifle season opens in 10 days or so and I'll be back at the ranch more often in the next month so let's hope I can fill up my freezer as well!
  9. So excited to be on a team again! Almost all of our ranch has burned this summer so my hunting is looking down right now but hopefully it greens up.. looking forward to it cooling off for sure! I'm alright with pretty much any name, your suggestions work for me!
  10. I missed out too! I thought I was going crazy when I just checked not too long ago and it wasn't there, and now the deadline is up... but I feel better that others are in the same situation! If you have any more spots throw me in please!! I've missed out like 2 years in a row! mandyjo62 19 Archery Sept. 1-Oct. 14/General Oct. 20-Nov. 25
  11. Merry Christmas team! Hope everyone has an awesome day
  12. Canuck2, I'm sorry to hear about that.. that really sucks, but it happens & we all understand, no one will hold it against ya! Got my upgrade today, so I'm out of deer tags now It was -18 degrees when I woke up to go hunting this morning. Completely still, not even a slight breeze, a full moon, nothing was out right away this mornin, too freakin cold, and I don't blame them.. I don't think a hot deer to gut ever felt so good. This fella was in the first group of deer that I saw this morning and figured I couldn't pass him up, as our season ends in a week and I was starting to get desperate. Sorry about the bloody pic, I had no choice but to take him in the head, or he wasn't going to give me another shot.. Lucky I didn't loose antler on that one. Our day was going so well that I went ahead and went back out hunting after hanging my deer, and I ended up getting my cow elk with my 30-06 at just over 325 yards, so I was pretty pumped about that one too Glad to see you guys are having awesome seasons, keep up the great work!
  13. Awesome Canuck2! We have a heck of a team here this year! Got the boyfriend his cow elk on the state land last weekend, and then we did some deer scouting. Saw a few older 3x3's on their downhill, and several 4x4's on their up, and that's about as big as they get out here. Saw two I'm gonna be looking for again, 4x4's with some decent mass to them...but man seeing all those bucks sure got my heart goin Can't wait to get out again next weekend, maybe get some more points for us!
