Hey everyone I am still here. Season ended Sunday I managed to get alittle 3x4 mulie on the last day of the season. I will post pics soon.

We have been getting quite abit of snow. Maybe I can get one this weekend.

I use to use a improved with kent 3" #3 worked pretty good. For the last few seasons I have used a pattern master with the kent steel. I have shot ducks at 60+ yards with this combo. I would suggest that you use the improved and when the time is right get yourself a good aftermarket chock like a pattern master, kicks or briley's

Alright lets get some bone. Season starts on sept. 5th

Those are sweet. I fletch my blazers with a helical also.

I like the muzzy 3 blade 100gr. I sent one straight through the off shoulder of a muley last year. When they say bone crushing there not kidding. Just my two cents

Hi, everyone the news isn't good from here. No deer this year. I guess I spent to much time elk hunting and spending time with my new little girl. Well there's always next year. At least I got an Elk.

I Bought Fallin' Skies 4 yesterday. It is one awesome production. 3 hours of in your face action it's way cool you have got to watch it. If I thought I was itchin' to go huntin' before I'm really itchin' now. I think I'm going to go watch it again.

They just opened a new Sportsman's Warehouse here. It is an awesome store. Great selection and very helpful staff. I am excited to have a store like that here finally. I could see myself spending alot of time and money in that store. lol.

Labs are nice bird dogs but I love my Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. They are retrievin' machines. They'll retrieve birds all day long no matter what the conditions. I may also be abit bias since I breed them. Anyway no matter what breed you choose do your home work and pick one from a good line. Remember there is no substatute to good training.

I'm working on some training with one of my dogs. I gotta wait till the other one weans the pups before I can sharpen her up.

The best thing you can do is buy a call that comes with an instructional video or cd. This will teach you everything you need to know about the call you have purchased. Buy a few decoys and you can start hunting. It's when you get hooked on waterfowl hunting that everything starts. I can't even begin to think about how many calls and decoys I have it's addictive. Hope this helps. Oh and make sure you practice calling ALOT!!
