A neighbor friend of mine , has some good " deer country"there is a couple good lookin whitetails hangin in there and I get to go play,,,,, need to get away from the public land , later...................
WOW
have fun with that one Clay, fuzzy pic or not, he looks AWESOME
A deer hunters dream
hey you forgot to mention, north of interstate or south,LOL..............
It's a whole different story these days
amazing how many more crops are going in
a lot better food selection for deer, years back we planted sunflowers, and the deer and antelope would go right on down the row munchin off the buds
late fall those whitetail also like to munch on canola greens that are poppin up
but your right TreeWalker, corn and seeds are a plenty around here
good luck huntin those speed goats.
deer go after those sunflower heads, I have done a little bow hunting near them, and have watched the deer nibble away at the heads , the smaller heads seem to be a little more tender, even the havested fields the deer blend in, pretty good when they are beaded down, we have made deer drives in sunflower strips and have had deer bust after going through, a person needs to walk it slow and peel through the stalks with your eyes.
Re: What\'s your favorite go to deer rifle?

I live in North Dakota, but when I head for the woods where ever it's my 30-06 rem 7600 pump.
