I've got an old mount that's has smoke build up on the horn's , does anyone have suggestion's on how to get the smoke off ?

Re: Physical Therapy! I know exactly how ya feel , I've torn my left rotator cuff twice & my right one once , my right one is torn now , just tryin to decide when to try & get it fixed . I've got 15 screws 7& eight anchors holdin them both together , i spent 20 weeks in pt the last time & i have to say without a doubt the therapy helped me alot , most people don't realize how long it really takes 4 the body to heal properly .. GOOD LUCK !!

My son & i woke up to 24 degrees but fought through it & after 2.5 hrs he got him a good bird, 24 pnds 10" beard 1.25" spurs ! Will try & post pict later .

Had a 89 chevy lifted with a 12" susp lift & a 3" body lift 383 stroker motor detroit lockers front & rear , would pretty much go anywhere , but the gas hand & speedometer were always racin gas hand usually won !LOL to many shoulder operations, got to hard to get in ! now i drive a 98 f250 powerstroke with a 2" lift whole lot better on fuel !! the chevy also had 44" gumbo mudders , i do miss it though.

Re: 20 Ga? My son used an old Stevens single shot 20ga for 3 yrs killed bird's from 20 to 52 yds , got him a new Mossberg 20 for Christmas hope he has the same kind of luck with it.Shot it last weekend with 3" 5shot @ 40 yds had 28 shot in the head i think he's gonna b alright with it.

Re: Public Land Turkeys We have WMA's in Tennessee. Use to have alot of paper company land in our county had to buy a permit to hunt on it , think it was all leased out last year but it was the best turkey huntin in my area period , killed several great bird's there . really miss that , there wasn't very much hunting pressure there either it was really hard to get to.

Re: Just a Reminder Those thing's are alway's on my mind during turkey season , the last 3 yrs i've killed 3 2 to 3.5 foot copperheads in the area where i hunt ! Thank the lord for my Rocky snake boot's everyday.

Thank's EKYhunter. my son has been turkey huntin for about 3 yrs now killed 4 good birds including 1 23pndr with 11" beard 1.5"spurs, he really love's huntin turkey. we've just never had weather this cold in turkey season, thank's for the help & advice.

this weekend is the juvenile turkey hunt , takin my 11 yr old . Weather is going to b pretty cold , hi around 45 , any suggestions ?
