Re: rage broadheads amazing results!! i shot a doe last week with the 3 blade head and hit just a tick high. i believe i hit the main artery with the broadhead and man did it do damage. the hole was just smaller than a pop can top. there was instantaneous blood. the deer only went about 40 yards and fell in a pile. and to boot we found an 8 point buck beside it that died a couple weeks before. (see pic in online contest forum under TEAM WON 1). these broadheads are exceptional. i decided to get another set but had to resort to eBay cause of backorder issues.

I have been interested in hunting rios or merriams for quite some time and i am thinking about setting up a hunt for next spring. i was just wondering where are some good places to go or you have gone. how much does it cost and other information. thanks for any info

Re: Braces Oh the memories of having braces. I had them for a couple years and it wasn't terrible. I had to wear a retainer before i had them to push my front teeth forward a little so they could get the brackets on. had to crank it a quarter turn every week. wore it for like 8 months i think. then i had to get a bottom tooth removed to make room for the rest of my teeth. after 2 years i finally got those suckers off and man what a feeling. i forgot what it was like to eat corn on the cob. then like a year after that i had all for wisdom teeth cut out and couldn't really move my mouth or eat for a week. others have eaten that same day but i guess i wasn't as fortunate. good luck with them

Re: Illinois? down here in clark county everybody seems to be getting one. i had second season and it took me four days in the same spot to figure out what they were doin and finally get one. my dad and brother went to a new spot we had never been and there was literally 20 or so birds in a square half mile gobbling their heads off. it took 3 days and dad shot one but my brother shot his back around our normal area. all of them had 10 to 10 1/2 inch beards and little over 1 inch spurs. me and dad still have a 5th season tag so hopefully we can get 2 more.

Re: How often do you find shed in the same spots.? so far i haven't found any sheds this year so i went with one of my buddies which seems to find some every time he goes out. while walking with him i heard him yell and hold up two antlers which were laying in a water way in a field. i could see from about 20 feet away they looked alike and after we looked at them they were from the same deer but the same side. so we decided the one was from the previous year. they were laying less than 5 feet apart! i would have not believed it if i hadn't seen it. after that he found 2 others and i didn't find anything.
