  1. Nice one....good job to those who scored. My two week rut vacation starts next Friday.
  2. Starbux 37 10/1/2008 to 1/15/2009 Bow, shotgun, muzzleloader
  3. Ditto on the Goliath....I tuck my elbows by my side and sleep on my all day sits. You're locked in with a safety harness backup.
  4. The bags from a Cabela's store fit nicely over them.
  5. ...as long as they didn't sprout and then dry out.
  6. Ditto....young deer for next year....but if that's what you want, wack him.
  7. TC Encore Muzzleloading Rifle is as close as I can get and legally shoot at deer.
  8. Blue tongue hit my area pretty hard last year so does are off limits until the population gets back to what it was.
  9. Mad Buck Growl here. I like how loud it gets. I've already had bucks going across a field with the truetalker that couldn't hear it. Gets awful windy here and the extra volume helps.
  10. Kill a B&C class with a bow Kill a P&Y class 6 pt. with a bow
  11. I go to great lengths to be as scent free as possible and don't use any scents. I've had them mess up some opportunities before and don't believe in them. Pressured deer in 'the real world' know what scents are imo.
  12. As late in Oct as possible unless you're on one in his summer pattern when the season opens. Early season around here is basically an hour in the am and an hour in the pm...possibly a little more if the weather is unseasonably cold.
  13. I'd go with 95". Let him walk without worrying about whether he gets wacked by your nieghbors. One thing's for sure, if you kill him he won't grow.
  14. That does work, but it's hard on chains. I'd go with the burning if you wanna work the ground for plots.
