Hey everybody...I've been busy so I haven't been in here for a while so I thought I'd drop in and say "hi" and see what ya'll were up to.

Anybody go see fireworks tonight? We just got back...it was a pretty good show, better than last year's, at least. Does anybody here set off their own fireworks? We have a few times in the past, but that can sometimes be pretty dangerous!! :rolleyes:

It has been soooo hot here lately!! In the 90's at least. We have thunderstorms nearly every afternoon though, so that usually cools it off some at night.

ME!! (I never could figure out how to change my birth date on my profile-it still has the wrong date.) Anyway, I've had a pretty good day-got a pedicure, went shopping for a few hours, received special privileges from the family...it's all good.

Oops, I know how that feels!! My family has a bad track record with phones-my sister has thrown hers in the Mcdonalds trash can several times, and just last week, a couple days after my brother got a brand new razr, he backed his car over it. It still works, but now it's all cracked.

Thanks!! I'll be getting a job this summer somewhere-I'm not sure yet, and I'll be heading off to college several states away this fall.
