Anyone seeing signs of the rut? I'm up in northeast ohio..been seeing bucks chasing and staying real close to doe even in this very windy and rainy weather I would say the seeking is for sure on..and the bucks I've seen have been from dinks to bigger bucks..

ohio Whiskey: I'm up in geagua county been gettin 1 next year deer on camera and a lot of doe...have seen just 2 small rubs no scrapes...but like I said I'm sure it will heat up these next couple weeks..

Got this guy commin in regularly..but I'll for sure have to give him a year or 2...

Bow season should be heating up here in ohio the next 2 weeks..with the lows at night in the 30's haven't seen much sign up in northeast ohio..how about any of my other fellow buckeyes?

would love to get some pics like that of the land i hunt how do you get them?? if you could get a better zoom view maybe i could help you out

finally got a scouting camera its a wildview not the greatest but hopefully it will do the trick anyone have any info on these its the cheaper one it cost $80

anyone ever use a scrape dripper or had any sucess with it im talking of the the drips during the day

well on the first day of gun season(ohio) my buddy shot a buck and we looked and looked and couldnt find it well 3 days later another guy drom our group found it and i was just wonderin what u guys think a ballpark score it would be?? the deers left main beam is broke

My 12 gage has a slug barrel but my 20 gage has a smooth barrel with a modified choke. I shoot federal ultra-shok rifled slugs and have killed many deer around 100yrds out. (we use scopes!!!) My dad has shot deer out to 125 yrds with his gun and my uncle shot a buck in Iowa at around 200yrds believe it or not. by finding the right slug and shooting alot i can easily hit a normal sized paper plate at 200yrds 10 out of 10 times. With all that said slug barrels with sabot slugs shrink groups alot and extends barrel life. do not shoot rifled slugs out of rifled barrels though.
