Anybody on here load them.Looking for a good recipe.

Being x military-I will have to call b/s on this one.I do alot of reading on here,not alot of posting but this has to be one of the most ridiculous threads I have ever read.WHY would you even want to attempt shooting a deer past 300 yards.Yea I can do it -but why. If you reload like I do ,take up benchrest shooting and shoot all day long at targets.Taking shots at deer at 500 to 600 yards is just really ( ) I will let you fill that in.

Well that just made me feel warm and fuzzy all over.God is dealing with him now.Whatever day his time comes,we should throw him in the back of a truck ,drive him to the nearest BRIDGE and throw him off !!Its a shame he couldnt have choked on his silver spoon a long time ago.I am a life long republican but if I had the choice,I would of rather been able to keep JFK on earth and let the other one drown.

Back in the days they were called Dog Catchers,due to a certain way of hunting deer-since that has been outlawed(thank God) now they are just called brow tines.

I tried to bait deer ,and I just kept losing one rattle trap after another -so I quit doing it. Now if your talking about putting out feed supplements,or deer coming along and finding range cubes or the like then I guess I have Baited deer...we have a few acorn trees on the ranch and God baits them with that too.Guess I should cut down the tree's.Or maybe your talking about the fields of corn,grain,watermelon patches etc etc,I guess you could say the entire state of texas is baited.Unless of course you are talking about ZOO hunting and thats a whole nuther story.

Its legal to hunt deer in texas with a handgun.That being said,I would not do it unless I had a 44 mag or bigger.Take into consideration the new law concerning the recovery of game.I like my deer to go about 2 feet,2 feet straight to the ground.A .22 will kill a deer if the shot placement is right,but it is illegal to shoot em with a rimfire in texas.My point is why would you shoot them with a handgun? I dont think I would shoot them with a handgun (its not that they cant or wont kill a deer -they will) its the fact of shooting a deer with say a 9 mill or 45 or even a .357,Why would you want to chance the deer going say 100 yards or maybe even 200 yards??I just believe in the Bang Flop principal and my handloads of 140 gr accubond-there is no chasing a wounded animal.Hope this helps you out a little.

Todd; Man you aint kiddin,I would have never thought that someone would sell them on ebay.Thanks for the tip.Is there anything they WONT sell on that place.:eek:I just went there and I 'll be dog gone if there aint a sheet load of them there.

Anybody on here know where someone can buy whitetail sheds from?Need some to make knife handles.Is there a website that anyone knows of that sells them?
