  1. summit viper quiet & comfortable
  2. nice bird, and in the neighborhood. Congrats
  3. I shoot a Code. Bought it in 99. I think it was a left over and they were discontinued in 98. I love it, still works great
  4. It looks like the 270 mirrors the 22-250 pretty much as far as being a flat shooter, but is able to do something when it get's there. I have a remington 700 mountain rifle in 270 it's very light and compact. I can shoot 2.5" groups @ 400 Yds. with factory core-loks and i'm no marksman. It's topped with a nikon monarch. It would do you just fine
  5. Real nice...What's on top of that baby?
  6. I agree with you Doc, about the lack of response to this thread. I'm from NY as well and have no luck coyote hunting (fox hunting either). The woods are thick. I would take all the knowlege I could get!!
  7. Treestand's been up for a week, been shooting my bow, plenty of scent eliminating laundry and body wash. Come on october eighteenth I can't wait
  8. Three years ago I took a eight point (during gun season) when I got to him I found that his right front leg was missing and healed over just fine. I never knew it, he was going through the woods normally. I would'nt take her because of the leg.
  9. that's what makes bow hunting so good excellent buck
  10. remington 700 mountain rifle laminated ss in .270 winchester topped with 2.5-10x42 nikon bdc scope
  11. Remington LVSF in 22-250 it's the perfect set up
