  1. Our shop charges 50cents per arrow to cut and insert them. $6 per dozen is cheap to make sure they are done properly and safely. For Safety sake...either buy a proper arrow cutting saw, or use your local shop.
  2. I was thinkin the same thing....I think BowTech did/does.
  3. I think that is one of the best bows they have put out...and I personally think it is better than the new Carnage. You made a good decision.
  4. Enjoy your new bow! Hope it gives you many years of memories.
  5. ...He is risen indeed! Happy Easter to all my brothers and sisters in Christ.
  6. I agree...I should have mentioned them as well...Vapor Trail makes great strings too.
  7. A couple other custom stringmakers to consider are: Crackers custom strings Stage 1 custom strings
  8. I have a Vanquish coming too. I can't wait! If you haven't shot a Strother bow yet. Find a local dealer, and shoot one. I promise...you won't be disappointed.
  9. I am blessed to live in my dream home in Central Illinois...surrounded by thousands of acres of family land. I love the flatlands of Illinois.
  10. ...I didn't realize they still made film cameras!...lol Seriously, that really sucks brother. I usually do my stuff on-line and have them delivered...but if I need them quick, I take my stuff to the "West side" Walmart. You can get a nice digital camera pretty cheap these days...and you won't have to worry about that crap anymore.
  11. I am the Maintenance Director at a large church in Central Illinois, I'm part owner of Select Archery and Outdoor Suuply, Inc., and I am a photographer. I am also a volunteer Firefighter...but since I don't get paid for that, I guess it can't be considered an 'occupation'.
  12. I agree. The razors edge is a great choice. It comes with either 30# (15-30) limbs or 60# (30-60) limbs. It also comes in a package with rest, sight, and quiver. Buy a release and some arrows and you're on your way. Easy to change draw lengths as well. No press required. Hope you find what you're lookin' for.
  13. ...not quite sure how they go about deciding all that...but it sure doesn't make any sense. I had a buddy put in for 3rd season as first choice (and he applied late) and another buddy put in for 1st season and get second, and he applied the first day you could apply. What sense does this make?
  14. If you're looking for a great field tip target, I would go with a SpyderWeb target. Not only easy arrow removal, but an incredibly long target life. (self healing) I haven't found a good broadhead target yet. I've been disappointed in them all.
