around these parts we cant hunt that close to another property might wanna check the hunting regs

just guessing id say its somthing in the jacket ive got the moultrie m80 also and it hasnt done that to my clothes

yesterday morning had the buck of a lifetime working his way to my stand watched him for a good 45 min feeding along a oak flat seen him make a few rubs checked a scrape had him at 25 yards waiting for him to turn broadside just about the time he he was ready to turn i heard a grunt on another flat below me turned my head a little could see a smaller buck following 2 does turned back around this buck stops in his tracks and starts looking down threw there raises his head and starts lip curling lets out a big ole grunt and in 1 sec he was down over that hill chased all the deer off never seen him the rest of the day

i do my own here i like to know what im getting and the family likes to help

has anyone ever seen a brown turkey before while i was out this spring i called one in within 5 yds of it didnt have 1 black feather on it anywhere the end of the tail feathers was a cream color and the tips of its wings was cream color it really blew my mind to see somthing like that didnt even think to look for a beard when the sun shined on it almost looked maroon pretty neat wasnt gonna tell the landowner didnt want them to think i was on somthing but i did and it turns out that its a jake the landowner says its been hanging around his house since season went out but thats good fall season will be here soon

does anyone know if a red dot would be good for turkey hunting i was told the dot would be to big to see there head

i have a 18 foot brush ladder stand and i have the stabilizing bar head high i have noticed a bad bow towards the bottom does that sound normal or should i try lowering it any advice would be great

all ready here been seeing some big ones the last 3 months with my knew work schedule ill have 4 straight days to hunt so i cant get started till monday

got a knew land to hunt this year been checking it out the last couple months hadnt been seein much until the last few weeks and now there everywhere seein 4 bucks and every one of them would go on the wall so ill keep my fingers crossed and hopfully one will wander in to me season dont open here till oct 13
