  1. The new Iron Mace is awesome. Bought one this year. They are fast/quiet/accurate. I had a High Country TSS, the iron mace is much better. The only negative the iron mace is a pound heavier (bare bow).
  2. Need your help. I am trying to decide on a new rest. I have been thinking about the Whisker Biscuit. Can anyone provide some information on this rest? How much does it slow the arrow down? How does it handle extreme cold, or cold and wet conditions? Does it freeze? Most folks I know are shooting fall away rests, but I would prefer not to. Any input is appreciated.
  3. Just bought one last week. Should be set up and ready to shoot in a week or so. I am still trying to decide on a rest. I currently shoot the HCA Carbon TSS and love it, but couldn't resist buying the IRON MACE after watching the dealer shoot his, Ridiculously fast, and accurate. It is suprisingly quiet for such a fast bow.
  4. I have both a T/C Encore and a T/C Encore Prohunter. Both are 50 cal. I shoot (3) 777 pellets (150 gr) and a 250 gr. T/C shockwave bullet. There is a huge difference in the felt recoil between the regular encore and the encore prohunter. The flextech stock is awesome. I would assume that the omega and encore would have similar recoil. As far as scopes go, I would recomend the Nikon Omega, If you want to spend the $. That is what I have on my Prohunter and the BDC rectical works as advertised (for me) and the bullet / load combination that I shoot. I have leupold & Burris scopes on my rifles and a bushnell on my shotgun. The Nikon is super clear and bright comparible to the leupold. Hope this helps.
