I have a Remington Model 700 BDL in a 7mm Rem Mag, it's a synthetic stock with stainless barrel with a muzzle break. I have owned the gun for about 10 years and I love it. I owned a 22-250 in an ADL and did not like it nearly as much. BDL rifles have at minimum a hinged floor plate, mine actually has a clip that drops out the bottom (a very nice feature). My rifle is very accurate and has hardly any recoil due to the muzzle break. If you are going to shoot a magnum load I highly recommend the muzzle break, people think I'm joking until they shoot my gun but it is like shooting a 20 ga (no kidding).
I would go for the BDL.
