my boyfriend bought me a browning. 40-50lbs and draw length is 25". i love it, its a great starter bow. its light and easy to carry. and it was only 300 with everything on it. but over all its a great bow and i really like it.

turkeygirl87-I have been told that this deer is the new world record but I think that these are the same deer but my boyfriend is convinced that they arent the same!! Muzzy916-i made a post a couple of weeks ago about a world record from indiana, well the top picture is the one i have heard about and the bottom one was killed on a game farm last year. the two deer look alot alike but if you look at the right side in one there is 5 tine and the other picture there are 4 tine, the ones ear is bleeding and the other its not even cut. look close and tell us what you guys think and if anyone has any info on the deer i would be glad to hear it. thanks

well im hunting Indiana so we are a pistol caliber and shotgun only state. I have a .17 m2 witch i try to get out and shoot it alot but the bullets for it isnt cheap. then i have a remington 870 20g, im not real used to shooting it i have to get a new barrel for before i do. but though out the week im hunting state property, and on the weekends i head down south and hunt out private land we have permision for. my boyfriend has taught me alot but he says the only way for me to really learn is get out in the woods even if im not hunting just to get familiar with the outdoors, and to try and get other hunters opions and how they do it to try to find out the way i am going to be more comfortable with it, but thanks to everyone if anybody has anymore tips i would love to hear them thanks and good huntin

Hi my name is brandi and last spring was my first year hunting, and this year is my first year dear hunting. my boyfriend is the one getting me into everything and so far ive loved every bit of it. I have yet to kill anything but i cant wait to get my first trophy. I have been scouting out the state propity by my house and i have been seeing alot of bucks, most of them smaller and younger bucks, but last week we ran into a buck that will scoring over 160 easy and he was running with a few 130s and 140s. Now i really dont care what i kill for my first deer, anything would be a trophy for me but i would love to get one of the bigger bucks. but i really dont know what to use for a weapon and i dont really know where to sit to try to get in position for these deer. my boyfriend will hunt with me most of the time, but if he is at work i will be by myself, where we hunt its right down the road from where i live. but i would greatly appriate any advice anyone can give me. thank you and good hunting
