  1. Gonna be a sick lookin truck!!! Can't wait to see some pics!!!!
  2. Wow, never saw that before. How the heck...??
  3. Great. Now every time I look at a house cat, I'm gonna be wondering what it tastes like.
  4. Depends on what kind of seed, but there's actually a pretty accurate formula that I used to have somewhere. On average, after a year on the shelf germination rate drops to around 90%, then falls significantly after that first year. After three years, you'd be hard pressed to find a seed that will germinate at more than a 10-20% rate.
  5. I'm still seein bucks with full racks about 45 min south of Chicago.
  6. I looked into these very briefly, so if someone knows more, feel free to correct me. The cameras and cell units themselves will run you a couple hundred dollars. Moultrie makes a cell system that an be used with several of their higher model cameras, all which have very good battery life on their own. I'm not sure if the cell unit has its own power source or if it shares the batteries from the camera. The tricky part in this whole ordeal is finding an area with high deer traffic that still can send and receive cell signal. Also, you are going to be hit with monthly service fees, pay per picture (which can get frustrating if you're camera falls, catches 500 pictures of the sun rising or setting, or if you find out the camera is set at a bad angle), and/or stuck in a contract that does you no good between February and August. I was seriously considering one of these until I found all of this out. Do your research and ask more than enough questions!!
  7. From what I recall, we attached the recommended external battery to a Wildview (or something similar) and it completely melted the inside of the camera. Couldn't tell ya what went wrong there, but it definitely wasn't covered under warranty so be careful.
  8. fedex.com just saw the number of website hits skyrocket to about 10 cuz of us! Still searching for what it means...It seems way too easy to just pull up next to em and ask em, but like I said, I can never do it! I'm startin to think government conspiracy. I'll keep ya posted!!
  9. I would pass this question on to my sister who is an accountant, but she actually pays other accountants to do her taxes soo I don't think she'd be of any help...Sorry!
  10. Mind over matter. Keep it goin!!
  11. Haha, hope that the two middle aged construction workers that were in that Tundra weren't taking any sort of dancing classes! Got nothing like that around here. Good idea though. I tried pullin up to them, but for some reason they weren't havin any of it. Then the lanes merged and we both went our seperate ways. Arrrggghhh! Now all of you are gonna be lookin for this on every car you see!
  12. I wasn't kidding when I said it's everywhere! I had a two minute ride to the gym and sure enough this Tundra pulls next to me... What the heck is it??
  13. Not sure, but from what I can tell from the video the Tekans shoot pretty poorly.
  14. Not it. I swear they exist. I'm not blind and/or crazy!! Hmmm, looks like this may be a possibility. The colors might be throwing me off. I've only seen the decal in black. I might try to snap a picture of one if I find one...
  15. For the past 6 months or so, I've been seeing this decal on the back of all sorts of cars/trucks/vans/etc and I can not for the life of me figure out what it is. I can't drive to the grocery store without seeing a car with this sticker on it. And it's not on one specific kind of car that would help me narrow down what it could be. I've seen it on jacked up trucks, Mercedes, Corvettes, minivans, everything! I let it go for a while, but now it's just eating me up. I'm never able to pull next to someone with it and ask them either. Something always gets in the way! What does this sticker look like you ask? Here's the kicker. I can't tell what it is! It looks like a ballet dancer holding a polo stick over the top of their head (at least to me it does). There's no way there are that many ballet dancers/polo players around here. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
  16. We've been finding a decent amount of dead bucks around here too. The neighbors stumbled on a 150" 10 point that had to be around 6.5 years old.
  17. Awesome, as usual. A little blurred? You're crazy! They're perfect.
  18. I'm in!!!!!!! Shakin' and bakin'
  19. I've been known to grind a few rails every now and then. My friends and I took a trip to Aspen about a year ago. Nothing around here even comes close. If you're a skiier/boarder, Colorado is an absolute must see.
  20. Two does down this year versus one last year. Both years I arrowed a good buck (130" and 160") but was unable to recover either. Hmph.
  21. I use a bore snake along with a small kit that includes patches, oils, etc. Works fine as long as you stay on top of cleaning it. 3 shots and I'm cleaning my gun.
  22. Why do ghosts love playing with electronics?? About 2 months ago, I was sitting in my room playing some xbox and listening to music. The volume slowly climbed and I looked at my receiver and saw the volume knob turning by itself. Even when you use the remote to turn the volume up, the volume knob stays stationary...
  23. Sounds like I should wax mine a little more often too....
