Kendal took this 5 1/2 year old 8 point Saturday afternoon at the Kids hunting For A Cure event in Fayetteville, TN on 10/31/09. He was a pig. We got it all on film. She dropped him at 105 yards. His tines were not that good, but he had 5 inch bases and was 200+ pounds. He was good enough to win the big buck contest.

Daughter took this 8 point in TN late season juvenile hunt. 1/18/09. This was the last afternoon for TN deer season. We have been trying get her on this deer for several weeks.

The hunt in Fayetteville is awesome. It is a fundraiser for disabled and cancer stricken children. The hunt is free for all children. I think we had about 330 kids hunting this weekend. I can get you some more info if you would like. You and your daughter should try to attend next year.

Went to Illinois this weekend where my daughter is going to go on a deer hunt for Morel Camo. The landowner found this set before we got there. The pics do not these horns justice.

Maybe next season when can get a hunt together and you bring your daughter. My daughter would like to hunt with other girls. She is usually the only girl in our blind. I have the place.

We will be chasing the turkeys to. Have ya'll tried duck hunting? I have been duck hunting since I was 10. My daughter loves it because she can talk and we cook some pretty good food in the blind. Her favorite is still deer hunting though.

My daughter is fixing to play AAU basketball with Gibson County. Does your daughter hunt also?

My daughter killed her first deer with a muzzleloader when she was 11. She took this deer opening day of TN muzzleloader season 11/3/07. In fact it was the first time she has ever shot a muzzleloader. 7 point, big body. I was just as excited as when she killed her first deer last year which was a 7 point also. Her shot placement was a little back but the deer only went about 20 yards and layed down in front of us. It was about a 60 yard shot but the monopod she was shooting off slipped a little. I love to hunt deer but I love for her hunt them 10 times more. She just wants something bigger than 7 points now. Another great memory, and I hope this is just a start of many to come.

My 12 year old daughter shoots the following. Winchester Model 70 Featherweight 270WSM. Savage ML-II Muzzleloader. Remington 870 20 gauge.

Carried some youths hunting this past weekend. My daughter along with three boys. She can hold her own when it comes to shooting. They got to shoot alot. They knocked down 11 and picked up 10.

Had a great hunt this morning. The kids had a blast. Ducks were everywhere. We actually had too many ducks. The kids got to shoot alot this morning. They knocked down 11 and picked up 10. Wish I would have videoed the hunt.

My daughter is 12. We love to go out and shoot and my kids were started with .22's at an early age. She is very comfortable and confident in her shooting. The .270WSM does not bother her at all.
