    I used to fly with my guns all the time, until a trip to South Dakota for Pheasant. Got in to Sioux Falls and my gun didn't show up at baggage claims. Went to fill out all the necessary paperwork, while talking with the agent my buddy noticed a gun case pushed under the counter that looked a lot like mine. Turns out it was mine. Now I ship ahead. I used UPS for this latest trip to west Texas. Wish I had done that with my luggage too, then I might still have my snake boots, they disappeared on the trip home.

    flyerla - I am right there with you. There is indeed something magical about standing in knee-deep water at sunrise and watching the world wake up around you.

    Like Chrud and wtnhunt I cannot comment on the Omega. I have a CVA Kodiak magnum. It too does not like the Shockey powder. I have used Pyrodex pellets and T/C Shockwaves with good success, have had good success with Powerbelts too. I just got some of the BH 209 powder and it does better than the Pellets, just not as convenient.

    Well, I have to get a new pair of snake boots. It appears that some TSA Agent wanted mine. Stole them out of my bag on my way home from Texas. Anyone know anything about the Magellan pull on Snake boots. Good? Bad? The pair that was stolen were Rockys.
