  1. I got lost once in 4500 acres of state land. Lets just say I never want to do that again. Fortunately, my hunting buddies heard my yelling and saw my flashlight, so I was only lost for a few hours. The real scary part was, it was the night before rifle season opened, and I was wearing only camo clothing, as I was bow hunting. I would've hated to have to have spent the night in there, only to wake up knowing that there were rifle hunters in there and me not wearing any orange. I think we all know that there are some crazy people out there that will shoot at anything!! Needless to say, I now have a GPS, and won't go into the woods without it, and a compass as back up...no matter how well I know the land.
  2. I shoot a Brute, and like it. Shoots nice w/ little vibration and seems very quiet. Not the quickest bow out there, but definitely fast enough. Tough to beat for the price. I shoot Muzzy's, so can't say anything about the Rage's. My Muzzy's fly very well out of the bow. I am shooting Gold Tip arrows also. Good Luck.
  3. very nice deer! Good luck w/ him
  4. Nice shooting...the first one is great, the ones after are expensive...Congrats!!
  5. Good luck w/ the drop..man I want one!! Looks like you have a good crop growing there. Would be very tempted by a few of them...imagine some of those in a year or two.
  6. Very nice!! Good luck getting one of them this year.
  7. You have a few nice ones there. Really like the brow tines in the last picture.
  8. Are they a good broadhead? I've seen them in the stores, but haven't really heard that much about them. Look like they might be decent.
  9. Hope you catch them. Don't understand why people can't respect other people's things. Can't stand people that do stuff like...makes it hard to trust anybody. Good luck!
  10. Cuddebacks are a good camera IMO...can't go wrong with them. I recently bought a Primos Truth Cam. Had it out overnight and looked at the pictures in the a.m. Could not have been happier. Very clear day pics, and nice infrared night pics. The only thing I've noticed is a "clunk" noise when it takes a picture, but doesn't seem to really bother the deer too much. Everything I've read about them says they have great battery life, don't know first hand because I haven't been to the camera in a several weeks. Might think about looking at these too.
