GG So how do the Gobbler Gulotines fly? And what are it's effective ranges? I shoot a whisker buscuit on a Mathews SQ2. I am hoping it won't hit anything?.?. How much will these things run me?

That is stupid. Ill take a duck of ANY gender of ANY breed. As long as you kill them and stay within the limit I dont see problem. And Jeff puts his time and money into more than just killin. He has helped charities, land managment, ETC. No I am not friends with Jeff and tryin to back my buddy up. I have never even met him. Man they ask alot for these boats! War Eagle is the Caddy of all duck boats. I researched for a fairly priced one, but was unable to find one. I found it cheaper to buy a john boat, extra deep extra wide, set up with the Avery Quick Set blind with a 15hp Jonson cheaper than gettin just a bone stock War Eagle.

I have removed the paint from my threads and it still didn't work. And just the fact you have to start a hole with this gadget, take it out, then screw the EZ Hanger in. Its just a pain. Take the EZ Hanger and jab it into the tree where you want it.Then start screwing it in, it should catch when you start it always has with me. It dosent make too much noise when you do this neither.

Man don't get discouraged!!! Hey I fish bass tournaments EVERY saturday between the first weekend of April till the middle of November. I tell you it's tough! Its hard to try to go at fishing 100% then hunt 100% too. You just gotta be patient. As for the dogs, it could be a good thing! They are like the Mennonites that hunt the feild next to me. They have the possibility of running deer right to you. I have had this happened to me MANY times. Just be patient man. It may not happen this year or even the next. But sooner or later you will have the chance to harvest a buck. Its not about harvesting bucks. Its about being out there enjoying the atmosphere. You look at ANY magazine featuring big bucks. Other than the pros who hunt everywhere, How many hunters have you seen in a magazine with big bucks more than once???

I dont think I would add this into my oil. Ive heard good and bad about this product. But I dont see taking a chance on if its any count or not. I use Full Synthetic in my truck.

Dude thats weird, My truck was just hit and run last week at McD's! They left and several people seen them hit me, but noone got the plate number!!! What really peed me off was they said they were laughing and pointing at it!! Man it sucks cause Im like you I was my truck like every week it is my pride and joy...

I see that you mentioned that your deer activity on your trail cam was evening/after dark. That may be the reason. Try moving your trail cam back into the woods on a bedding area or trail. See if the pics show the deer movement into the day rather than at night.

Hwy guys and gals, I hunt from a climbing stand. Just wondering what heights ya'll hunt from and see as effective. I usually sit about 12 to 15 feet.

I really like the Wildgame Buck Bombs. They work exceptionally well around here. I think a 3 MPH wind is supposed to carry the scent 1/4 of a mile.

My buddy hunts on haunted land. He took me out once and he told me that if I saw anybody not to yell at them or be rude. I asked him if someone else was hunting and he replied with a " you could say that". About 4 o'clock I had made a bad shot on a doe so I decided to sit in the woods for the remainder of the day to let it lay down. Well up in the tree and it was about to get dark but I could see just enough, here come someone walkin through the woods in black. And now I couldnt tell wha they had black on, but I could tell it was loose fittin, had a facemask on and they were walkin slow. I assumed someone had a ground blind near and they were gettin outta the woods. Well they stop, nealt down beside a rock like they were praying. I was freaking out thought they were having problems so I asked out, " Hey mister you needing some help?'' No answer. So I asked out again "Raise your hand if you need my help". Well the dark figure stands up, turns toward me and looks up at me. Well I couldnt really see and I had a REALLY bright flashlight so I shined it down there. WOW! It was someone super white. Im talkin caspers cousin white, with jet black eyes and wearin a dress in all black with the funeral black mask that most wemon wear. Dude my light went straight off, and as soon as it did. This person lets off the loudest scram I have ever heard! Im talkin LOUD! I look back down at them, and they're gone... Well thinkin it may have been my bud puttin someone up to it, I shrugged it off and climbed down in the dark to find my deer. Well I go to call my buddy. No cell service! And I just had it before I climed the tree ealier in the same spot. So I was feelin weird. So I got my flashlight out, lookin for blood when all of the sudden I see somethin blck run by me and smacked the flashlight outta my hand, it looked to be the same person from earlier! So Im freakin out by now. I looked for my light thinkin the person knocked my bulb loose or something, didnt find it and it was pitch black darkness! Well I start cussin the person sob and what not, when my pal walks up and he covers my mouth. He told me to please be quiet he dosent want to upset "her". I told him yea right it was him and if it wasnt how did her get here from his stand so fast. He said it wasnt him and that he herard the scream. I blew him off thinkin it was him. Never found my light. So we're wlakin out of the woods and he tells me the story. A woman and husband and kids uesd to live up by the road. And there house burned down a long time ago. It burned down and one of the kids got burned real bad. And they didnt have the money to take him to the hospital. So her and her husband killed the kid.! And they didnt think it was fair for the little girl to be alive so they killed her too!!! they went out into the woods and buried the kids. Well the police found out that the kids were missing and the parents went on for ever sayin the kids burned up in the fire. But the old woman was afraid that her husband was goin to tell the cops the real story so she shot him too! Well to keep his murder down he buried him somewhere else and she went down to the location of her kids grave and she tied a concrete block to her leg and drowned herself in the deep pond on the side of the property!! And it just so happends she comes out at dark to see her kids every night. My buddy says he has followed her. She comes out of the lake right at sunset and roams through the shadows to her kid sgrave. And that he has pissed her off before too. Well we stop by the rock the woman was knealing at and it said beloved kids!!!!! Im feaking out while were walking out of the woods thinkin shes gonna get me. So right as we hit the grassy feild I said low " I'm sorry lady". Well we get to his house and talk for a bit. I drive like a bat outta you kno what home. And my little cousin is there. Hes very young. He comes up to me and said a woman came up to him in the yard. She gave him this flashlight and told him that it was mine to give it to me. Well it just so happens this was the light I lost in the woods!!! I asked him what she looked like he said I dunno it was dark but she was wearin a black dress like mommy wears when someone passes away!!!!!!! Till this day I will never hunt there again!:disolve:

Dude I know similar stuff can happen. But that picture looks fake... I don't see any blood on the arrow, and the carbon splinters don't look right somehow. Too perfect looking. And for that to go into your hand like it did, looks like he had to have his hand in front of the arrow? FAKE

I like the Hardwoods HD alot. But just like anything else, AP is out and fresh, so it will be the go to stuff.

I have not used the Dead Down Wind. But I use the Primos Silver XP feild spray.It seems to work ok I guess...
