I understand that Scentlok and other brands use an activated charcoal for their clothes.. I also believe it works.. I presently am suffering the same fate as many others out there and cost is a big issue. My question is.. Would the activated charcoal I use for my fish filter (either granulated or pre packaged) do the same if strategically place..ie..hip pocket..boots..chest pocket?? is there a way to make a "homemade" scent blocker. I use the sprays when i hunt. but want that extra protection if I can get it. TY in advance

I have been lucky enough to be drawn for the deer reduction at Indiana Dunes state park on 11-17,18 .. I have never gotten this lucky. Has anyone else? where would you suggest setting up? I realize this is a kill what you see hunt.. but I would like the chance to see some choice.. also how many do they let into the woods on this hunt? and any other info you maybe able to help me have a successful hunt
