Anyone going to the Harrisburg PA show this year?

How long should I play my E-caller for 30 - 40 seconds? what is the best time to hunt morning, noon, or afternoon? Thanks for the help!

Well It's late muzz season and I wasn't doing very good getting on mature bucks, so I took a buddy's kid out to one of my spots where I knew there were a lot of deer. Long story short what we thought was a nice doe came out about 45 yards, he got on the deer and I hear a snap... I'm thinking great it over now. Well I told him to re-cock the bolt and before I could get back on the deer, he smoked it! Turns out it was a shed antler buck but who cares it's his first buck!

Anyone have any ideas about late season rattling? Sounds crazy I know.

Took my gf out saturday night and I smoked this nice doe. I know this is the bow hunting forum but I just wanted to share with my favorite forum on here! Hope you guys don't mind.

This was the second time I've taken Karly out hunting with me. Once during bow season where we seen a huge ten point and had to let him go cuz I already filled my tag. Now second season shotgun season came around and I just figured if I got a good shot at a doe I would take her, so Karly could see it all come together. She even held the legs while I gutted her.

Well we were set up in round bails, around 4:30 p.m. I looked up to see the orange army walking across my field. I spent most of shotgun 1 and shotgun 2 running people but I'm getting so sick of it! Anyways my gf and I decided to run to another field behind the house and well we seen 3 doe's and we got within 150 yards. lets just say smoke city son!

Well yesterday we had a south wind and most of our south winds spots are junk right now. We decided to sit on the ground on one of my pieces I call the lucky bean field. Around 4:30 p.m. doe's start coming out and worked there way too us. I had my bow cuz I had a doe tag, and Toad had his bow for a buck. Well we didn't see any bucks and well when I pulled back she seen Me and so I held my bow for 2 or 3 minutes, my are was wanting to fall off! She turned and gave me the shot and I smoked her. I was supper excited because its my first kill on film.

Just wondering what the deer are doing around there. Are they up on their feet or on lock down? Thanks Trent
