Gobbling was strong this morning down in the Ozarks. I was fishing a private lake this morning and got to hear 4-5 toms hammering away for at least an hour and 15 minutes. Sends shivers down your spine that makes you want to get out there. Anybody else seeing a lot of action around the Ozarks.

Old faithfull is back with vengence. I sat on my old Moss Double Tone cedar box call last year. I couldn't find these calls in the stores, but finally found them on the internet. They even are making a black walnut patented box call. You really should check them out, these calls have the best realistic sound.

Longest beard Longest beard here was 11.5" down in Missouri Ozarks. This isn't uncommon though. Average range probably is around 9-11". Always GO for the big'ns
