    You can find rio and merriams here in neb. Most the true Merriams are in the western part of the state and the rios can be found throughout the state. There are also a lot of what I call dirty birds, which are a mixed breed.

    this time of the year is a little more difficult to hunt because the deer have new patterns, and they are a little spooky because of rifle seasons. Also keep in mind most deer begin to group up into larger herds.
