  1. I use a Weatheryby Mark V Accumark in .257 Weatherby Mag. I bought it a couple of years ago and I have never shot a whitetail that did not fall over in its tracks (5 deer). Also, every so often I pull out my Winchester 94 .30-30 if I'm in the hardwoods. The .30-30 was the first gun I ever owned. My dad gave my brother and I a pair of them for our Christmas present back when we were 18. Shoot straight & stay safe, HTB
  2. Man, you must be out there EVERY DAY - dang! Kudos to you brotha. Great deer. Bryant
  3. I thought that I was going to regret buying the Leica 10x42 Geovid... Turned out to be one of the top 5 equipment purchases I've ever made. Had them over 5 years and wouldn't have anything else. Having the rangefinder/10x binocular in one is the real deal. Deer, turkey, elk, ducks - no matter what the game, these binos are it. One of my future buys will be one of their riflescopes (one day). Bryant
  4. Wow - that's what I'd like to see right there! Very nice. Post up some pics after you kill one of them bad boys. Bryant
  5. I need to get one of those Pocket Players and an 8-track too. I'll hit you up soon. Keep it up! Bryant
  6. I use them on geese only. The most blood I have ever seen on a bird, seriously! Black Cloud BB + Modified choke = DRT Generally use steel on the ducks. 3 or 4 shot in the woods + improved/mod, 2 shot in the fields + full choke. HTB
  7. Wow...what a great spot. I'd love to see more! They aren't down to AL yet. Arkansas has been so-so...we just need a big freeze (as usual) up North HTB
  8. Sweet Deer...If I was in the stand and saw that monster... I just hope I could pull the trigger before cardiac arrest set in. HTB
  9. It's pretty sad that you were disappointed with that buck. Time for a priority check. HTB
  10. please let me know if there's any room here gracias HAMMER
  11. I don't have a tractor or any means of large-scale cultivation. What are some good ideas for cheap turkey plots / things you can plant to bring them around. I know I could rent a tractor, but outside of that - anything you can do on a small scale ?
  12. Found this video of "Calling Out Your Name" by Rich Mullins on Youtube the other day and thought i'd share it because God's beauty and power really shines through this song: have a great day HAMMER
