You guys and gals got anything you like to wear or bring along to better your odds? I've become attached to my snakeskin skull cap over the past few years. Kinda adds to my signature at the end of a sucessfull hunt for me. Plus- I just love the way it blends with near any surroundings.

We hit mid 30's overnight earlier in the week here. This summers been more of a prolonged wet spring that's melting into fall.

Those look deliciouse. Gonna have to break out the grinder and get the necessary attachments to stuff some of that good stuff. I had to settle last night, but it's kinda funny all the same with a little difference.

Hey gang, I'm Matt and will be hunting bow, shotgun and perhaps ML this year as usual here in Western NY. Just a meat hunter that gets lucky every now and then and hangs a tag on a good'n. Can't say I have anything in particular picked out yet but going off last years shed finds and a few short scouting trips. I hold hope to contribute to our team. One downfall with the bow for me this year is a 10-12yd shot or no dice. Switched to my recurve to take me back. Don't fret much, I'm pretty confident I'll be able to help some around our little camp we got here. Looking forward to your stories, succeses and mishaps. Get the feeling if we can kill 'em.... Snipe can grill 'em or "smoke a few" for us by himself if he ever finds us here,lol See ya around the campfire!

Polished off the leftovers of a 9x13 pan last night all by myself. Wife wont eat venison. Ohhhhh the heartburn I suffered after 3 days of that concoction, lol! Must be getting too old for all them added extras. Back to basics for me.:crutch:
