Safety Course To all of those who answered I say thank you. First and foremost I have to say that I have already taken the hunter safety course and am comfortable with a rifle. I am getting more experience with a bow, but need more practice. I live in the Poconos area of Pennsylvania, if anyone knows of a hunting/gun club that may be of help to me please let me know. As far as what I am looking to hunt for is what is very common here in PA...white tail deer. Thank you all for your input so far.

I am a new hunter or should say hunter want to be. I am a New Yorker and now live in Pennsylvania and want to get started in this exciting sport. I would like to learn how to hunt properly with respect to nature and the animals. If possible I would really like to go out with an experienced hunter to learn how to harvest an animal properly. Hope to hear from anyone with advise.
