Fortunately, WV allows paraplegics to get a free permit to hunt from a vehicle as long as it's at least 30' off a road, there is no one else in the vehicle, & the vehicle isn't running. I've been deer hunting since 1981 & I've killed 25 deer so far. My biggest is an 8 point with a 16.5" inside spread
