    Good recipe, but roast still tough I tried this recipe and it came out really good. I used Dr. Pepper for the soda in the marinade, and the BBQ sauce i used was Kraft Hickory BBQ sauce. Although my roast was still a little tough any suggestions on how to make it more tender?
