  1. I usually went with a shorter heavier stabilizer but I know guys that feel more locked in with a longer lighter weight stabilizer. The simple difference is the weight is farther out and it doesn't't have to weigh as much to give you that center balance at the bow at full draw. Some have also told me that it makes for a better follow through with the top cam or wheel falling forward. I personally use shorter heavier stabilizers. I think it has a lot to do with prefrence and your shooting style.
  2. O I have no doubt there are good deer I have sen a few of them. The hardest part of hunting on post is dealing with the training schedule of other units and the mass amount of guys that hunt on post. I have looked into LBL and met a guy that runs CK Outfitters in Woodlawn TN who seems to be of good help. Like I said tho I will deff be hunting on post. I also found of a few more populated areas to hunt n post that I see deer adn I dont think anyone is willing to hunt them soclose to the everyday bluster. I dont mind having killed nice deer withing city limits back home.
  3. You can hunt on post but I am also trying to find places around post to hunt. This is coming from guys that I have asked. It is very competitive on the acreage they let you hunt on post. Don't think that I wont be hunting on post tho lol. I am not afraid to stretch it out to the far back woods and go the extra mile. Thanks for the help you guys are providing tho.
  4. Hello all my name is Jordan and I am with the US Army stationed at Ft Campbell KY. I am inquiring about areas to hunt around Ft Campbell as this will be my first season home in two years and i dont know the area all that well. Any help will be nice. I can usually get out on the weekends so any outfitter is really out of the question without wasting precious money. Once again thanks for the help.
