I just want to say with all the new bows out there its like buying a computer for your home. This week you have the best there is and next week yours is outdated. Speaking of out dated my bow i shoot is one of a kind and I will match up with anyone of those fast shooters anyday. We all know the bow doesnt kill the animal the hunter does. My PSE Monarch UL (2002) bow has help me harvest 10 deer, 4 turkeys, 6 pigs, 3 rabits, and 2 sqarrels. If you are looking for a begineers bow but want performance and 310fps this bow is the one you have to find. I got lucky for 200.00 I got a bow that was worth 800 brandnew at a hunting expo. It has a shoot through riser for the ultimate accuarate shot. every one shoots sideways me I shoot straight. I mod my bow with Limbs Savers and string dampers (not leaches). Why PSE stop making her in 2002 I really dont know but i think it was a great design. My bow is totally redone with new cam bushings and zebra strings. I aw people when i shoot this bow because if your new to our sport , this is a never seen feature. I shot against a matthews DX and the bow couldnt spit the melon with one shot. I shot my Monarch split it and hit the glendale Buck. We are talking a black diamond mellon. No lie I am putting it on youtube. its not speed its kentic energy and persisson. I hate to brag but my bow is a good bow.
