  1. The fff is a little finer grain powder, so it burns a little hotter and you will get a little more velocity out of the same volume. I have also heard that it seems to burn a little cleaner. The fff should be fine in your rifle as long as you are getting the accurracy you want.
  2. I use the Hornady FTX .430/265gr. bullet in front of 110gr of BH209.
  3. Yea,I think the easyglide sabot is your problem. I am a member on a few other forums and almost every Triumph and Endeavor that I have heard of shoots the 110gr. Bh209 and the 250gr. shockwave with a harvester short black sabot really well. I'll be shocked if this doesn't get you close to 1 1/2 inch groups or better at 100 yards. Of course, you'll have to do your part.
  4. I have been shooting BH 209 for over a year now and will not shoot anything else. I love the stuff. I started using it in my Omega and had some great results. I bought a new Endeavor last year and it really likes the BH209. I have been using 110gr of BH209 and either a 250 gr. shockwave with a Harvester short black sabot or a .430/265gr. Hornady FTX bullet with a Harvester green sabot. I have also gor some good groups with the 200 gr. shockwave, just haven't spent as much time with them as the other bullets. All of these loads are being ignited by a Win 209 primer. Go ahead a bite the bullet. Your Endeavor and the BH209 powder will make a great combination. Just remember that BH209 likes a tight fitting sabot and bullet combination.
  5. Here is a picture of my Encore Endeavor and a group I shot last weekend at 110 yards while sighting the gun for the upcoming Blackpowder season here in Florida. I used 110gr. of Bh209, a .430/265gr. Hornady FTX bullet, a Harvester green sabot and Win 209 primers.
  6. I have been shooting BH209 for over a year now. You need to try a tighter fitting sabot. BH209 really shines with a snug fitting sabot. I use the Harvester short black sabot and the 250 gr. shockwave with 110gr. of BH209. If I do my part I can get 1 inch groups or better at 100 yards. My Endeavor also likes the Hornady FTX .430/265gr. with a Harvester green sabot. Both of these combos will shoot MOA if the shooter does his job. Hope this helps.
