how many people have shot deer with a .44 and how does it work? i have one but have never shot a deer with it and im wonderin what u guys think of em.

i have killed a lot of critters with a model 500 20 ga. i won a mossberg model 88 12 ga. which is pretty similar to the 500 and i love it ive killed ducks geese turkeys coons possums squirrels crows and everything in between and ive never had a problem with it

no. the port doesnt come out. the nipple comes out but thats it. the barrel and the port are one piece

ya it does have a patch on it. ok i will try to take the nipple and stuff off and see if it comes then

k thanks. i dont have any cleaner right now. wont the warm water rust the barrel if i still cant get the rod out?

i got a ram rod stuck in the barrel of my muzzleloader and cant get it out. it is a traditional so the breech plug cant come out. does anybody know any tricks to get it out?
